NEMCO Foods, Inc. has issued a recall of more than 300,000 air fryers sold at Walmart, Target and Kohl’s due to a burn hazard. The air fryers posed a risk due to an electrical component which can overheat and cause the air fryer to catch fire.
The air fryers affected are: NEMCO Easy Grill™ 56450-2 and 56460-2 models; and the BLUE RHINO WG50001 and WG50 2 models. The model numbers can be found on the product data label on the bottom of the air fryer.
Consumers are instructed to immediately stop using the air fryers and return them to the store from which they were purchased for a full refund.
