The United Auto Workers (UAW) union said it is expanding its strike to include a major Ford truck plant in Louisville, Kentucky. The strike began in mid-September at GM facilities across the nation, and is now spreading to Union-represented workers at the Ford Kentucky Truck Plant, which produces the Ford F-150 and Super Duty trucks. The union said it is continuing to urge Ford to negotiate in good faith and reach an agreement that meets the needs of its members.
