It is not currently known whether or not former White House counsel Donald F. McGahn II has been subpoenaed by Representatives Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Ralph Norman (R-SC) to provide testimony related to the classified documents found in Vice President Joe Biden’s basement. It is expected, however, that if the Representatives follow through with their request, they will seek to question McGahn about his role in the documents and their content.
